Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the automated phone answering service provided by Relaxe LLC d/b/a VoiceCore Solutions  v8 ("VoiceCore," "we," "us"). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to them.

The Service

VoiceCore answers your business telephone line using an automated voice agent. Depending on your plan, the agent greets callers, answers common questions, captures caller details, books appointments, sends confirmations, and delivers a summary of each call to you.

VoiceCore is an answering and scheduling service. It is not an emergency service, an answering point for 911 or any other emergency number, and it must not be presented to your callers as one.

Text messaging program

If you enable messaging on your account, we send transactional text messages on the following terms:

• Message types: call summaries and missed-call alerts to you, and appointment confirmations and reminders to callers who provided a mobile number and consented during the call.
• Message frequency varies and depends on your call volume.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or email us at the address below.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You are responsible for the consent of anyone you ask us to message on your behalf. You agree to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and all applicable state telemarketing law, and you will not use the Service to send marketing or promotional messages to anyone who has not given prior express written consent to receive them.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information, and keep your account details current.
• Give us accurate answers, hours, pricing, and service policies for the agent to work from. The agent's accuracy depends on what you supply.
• Hold all licenses required to operate your business.
• Review the call summaries we deliver. Time-sensitive matters need your attention.

Fees and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance at the rate for your plan. Usage above your plan's included minutes is billed at the overage rate disclosed at signup. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before changing your rate.

Term and cancellation

Service runs month to month with no minimum term. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice, effective at the end of the current billing period. On cancellation we release your telephone routing and, on request, delete your call data.

Availability

We work to keep the Service available continuously, but it depends on third-party carriers, cloud infrastructure, and AI providers we do not control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for outages caused by those providers, by your own telephone or internet service, or by force majeure.

AI limitations

The voice agent is automated software. It can mishear, misunderstand, or give an incorrect answer. You accept this as an inherent characteristic of the Service and agree to keep human oversight in place for anything consequential.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST BUSINESS, MISSED APPOINTMENTS, OR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service, the information you supply to the agent, your instructions to message third parties, and your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Venue for any dispute lies in Tarrant County, Texas.
